Our experienced professionals will train you and your team at your pace, on your timeline, and at your preferred level of detail via teleconference and/or Web conference. Our system is extremely easy to use, and many users are off and running with just 1 to 2 hours of training.
Continuous Support & Training
Once you’ve been trained, we are always here to help. So if you or a new member of your team need more training, just call or e-mail the Training & Technical Support Team to schedule. There is no charge for additional training; it's just part of our mission to ensure you can manage a successful Web presence!
Onsite Training Available
While most clients prefer our free teleconference and Web conference training, we do offer onsite training at an additional charge (ask a salesperson for details). This option may be preferable for clients that plan on having a larger number of site administrators.
Online Assistance
Clients have 24/7/365 access to our Help site which has detailed instruction and other useful information. NonprofitOffice also includes "Quick Tips" throughout your administrative website to help guide you.
